When the rice is boiling and needs turning down, the handy touch controls keep it simple – just tap and it’ll be simmering in seconds. And if some curry sauce has escaped from the pan, don’t worry. The ceramic glass hob makes the surface effortless to clean – a quick wipe and you’re done. Just wait for the heat indicator light to go out beforehand, so you know it’s cool enough for the cloth.
