I am very happy with my purchase of this dryer it’s been a great buy so far with a lot of different settings compared to my last one which only lasted 4 years it has a Candy Smart Touch tried calling get it fixed but I source a circuit board anywhere the engineer tries everywhere for one but with no joy .

Since purchase of the Hotpoint Heat Pump Tumble Dryer I have found laundry days are easy, I’m able to wash and dry all the families clothes, bedding, towels ect the same day. I have been able to place the dryer in an upstairs dressing room making the process of washing, drying, ironing and storage seamless which saves time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this appliance.

As a first time user of a heat pump dryer I am pleasantly surprised. I read they take a bit longer to dry than condenser dryers but I haven’t found this to be the case. The filter is easy to remove and clean and overall I am very happy with it.
