I purchased this around Christmas and have been very happy with the results. I chose it partly for its energy rating, it also looks great, has a big capacity and is easy to operate. Also the water tank is at the top which was a must as lifting a full tank from the bottom is very hard.

It’s early days yet as we’ve only been using the tumble dryer for a few weeks but initial thoughts are that it is a very good machine. Very quiet and efficient. Drys clothes well. So far, have not had to put machine on a second drying cycle because the clothes were not dried enough first time. It wasn’t the cheapest machine but it wasn’t the most expensive either. A good brand name does cost more so hopefully it will last and be worth the extra cost. Is it cheaper to run than a non heat pump machine? Possibly is but not that much. I would recommend this tumble dryer based on limited use.

Love this tumble dryer. I wanted a condensing dryer and this heat pump model fits the bill. I use the eco setting which shows over three hours drying time, but as the laundry dries the time adjusts and rarely goes over two hours. Large drum, easy to empty the reservoir and it’s easy to clean the filters. It’s very economical to run. I would recommend this dryer.
