Having used it for a few weeks it does the job well, delivering dry laundry but takes a bit longer than my old condensing dryer, but that’s no problem especially as it’s using less energy.

For us, the time it takes to dry does not matter, but it isnt actually as long as you might think for a heat pump (depending on size of load etc). The money savings are huge per load too whic is the biggest plus with this. Build quality is good, the extra fluff filter at the bottom of the tumbler is a great idea. Highly reccomend.

Decent dryer, cost effective to run and fairly quiet. Crease care setting works well and certainly reduces the need for ironing. Only downside to the heat pump set up, compared to my previous condenser dryer, is that it sometimes struggles completely drying mixed loads at the first attempt. Often find that some items are dry while others are still damp, meaning you have to run it again.
