Bio-based plastics are made entirely or partially from renewable, biological sources such as crops and plants.     Replacement jug for one that had broken. Very happy with it, nice to handle, fits well in the door of my fridge and tells me when the filter needs changed. Bit fidgety to fill with water but that could just be me!

    It’s EXCELLENT value for money. Easy to use, fits snugly in the fridge door. Of course it would crack or break if you are heavy handed with it. My water tasted great now

    Nice slim jug bought as a replacement to a larger model which wasn’t fringe friendly. Only but I miss is with this model you have to remove the lid which can dislodge the funnel that holds the filter. My other model had a flap for filling. Otherwise no complaints

    Great product it takes a while to filter though with the lid on you can pore , my free filter was open so discarded it though a tenner well spent cheers .

    i just typed a long long review then it just disapeared so here it is i had the marella 2.4 l jug and non stop use 4 just under a year and then i had some problems but so far customer service is ok on amazon side if not outstanding . , so which brings me to tell you in my opinon as a person with disabilities to my right hand amd severed tendons i just purscased an aluna 2.4 l brita as i needed a new one immediatley much easier to handle and much more snug and smaller for fridge bearing in mind there is only one of me at home.. i would also recccomend 150% that anybody in old poroperties or problems with water or like me lives in flats with 70 year old pipes i would highly reccommend purscasing youyrselves a brita water jug whichever one takes your fancy the aluna currently as i type is a steal at just 12 pounds im over the moon will update soon i hope this helps be happy if not be kind

    Needed in my area because my water is heavy with chlorine, after i use the filter the awful chlorine taste dissapears , good value ,easy to clean , replacment cartridges are not too expensive and last a good 6 months would recomend 5 stars

    We use this in the caravan. We have a filter tap at home and when we started caravanning it was noticeable how off the water can taste around the country. This has worked with even quite tainted water.

    Very high quality and a very nicely made Item you can 100% taste the different in the water before and after using the brita filter it also as a clock on top to tell you how much life is left in the brita filter highly recommended this item I will be getting another 2 one for my mother and another one for my self.
