Our Extended Warranty gives you added protection once your manufacturer’s guarantee ends. If your appliance develops a mechanical or electrical fault during the period of cover, we’ll arrange for an authorised repair. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it with an equivalent model where appropriate.

What’s Included?
Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown
Your appliance is covered against sudden mechanical or electrical failure that occurs during normal domestic use after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
Authorised Repairs
All repairs are arranged through our authorised repair network using approved engineers and genuine or equivalent replacement parts where available.
Replacement Cover
If your appliance cannot be repaired or the repair is considered uneconomical, we may replace it with:
- The same model (where available)
- An equivalent appliance with similar features and specification
No Unexpected Costs
For approved claims, your warranty includes:
- Parts
- Labour
- Engineer call-out charges
- Collection and return (where applicable)
There are no hidden repair costs for covered breakdowns.
How Long Does Cover Last?
Your warranty period is shown on your purchase confirmation and warranty certificate.
Your total cover includes any applicable manufacturer’s guarantee followed by your extended warranty period.

Before You Call
Please have the following information ready:
- Warranty reference number
- Product make and model
- Date the fault occurred
- Description of the problem
- Your contact details
Once we receive your claim, our team will assess whether the fault is covered under your warranty and arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate.
What’s Not Covered?
Your warranty is designed to protect against mechanical and electrical breakdown only.
It does not cover:
Misuse & Accidental Damage
- Accidental damage
- Deliberate damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions
- Incorrect installation
- Commercial or business use
External Events
- Theft or loss
- Fire (unless caused by an internal electrical fault)
- Flooding
- Lightning
- Storm damage
- Other extreme weather conditions
Cosmetic Damage
This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues including:
- Scratches
- Dents
- Chips
- Rust
- Corrosion
- Staining
where these do not affect the operation of the appliance.
Consumable Items
Replacement of consumable or wearable items including:
- Batteries
- Light bulbs
- Vacuum bags
- Filters
- Water filters
- Fuses
- Accessories
- Remote controls
Manufacturer Responsibilities
We do not cover:
- Repairs covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Manufacturer recalls
- Software or firmware updates
- Routine servicing or maintenance
Unauthorised Repairs
We cannot reimburse repairs carried out by anyone not authorised by the Warranty Administrator.
Please contact us before arranging any repair.
Other Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused during delivery or installation
- External wiring or electrical connections
- Foreign objects entering the appliance
- Appliances used solely for commercial purposes
- Service visits where no fault is found
- Consequential loss or indirect damage
- Loss of food, laundry or business income
- Personal injury
- Any costs other than repair or replacement of the appliance
Your Cancellation Rights
If you decide the warranty is no longer suitable, you may cancel within 30 days of purchase.
Provided no claim has been made, you will receive a full refund in accordance with the policy Terms & Conditions.
After the cooling-off period, cancellation rights will be subject to the terms of your warranty agreement.
